It turns out that Ellie takes after her daddy when it comes to cooking.
She can spend forever mixing, pouring, stirring. Nevermind that it's all just water. She is in the zone. Invariably she is always making and pretending to eat "I-cream."
I had never before realized how essential the tambourine is to cooking. Perhaps this is why some of my own attempts lack that "wow factor."
